After submitting, your information will be reviewed you will be contacted between 48-72hrs to arrange a suitable time.

This free 20 - 30 minutes zoom call is an opportunity to explore where you are, where you want to be and whether coaching is the right next step for you. 

During the call we will discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have and determine whether the Erdem Method is suitable for your current needs.

Change is possible. You do not have to navigate it alone.

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, crisis support or medical treatment. If you are currently experiencing significant risk, crises or severe mental difficulties, appropriate clinical support may be more suitable.
