About Us

Many people know what they should do.

They know they should stop overthinking, set healthier boundaries,
trust Allah more deeply & break patterns that no longer serve them...

Yet despite having the knowledge, they often find themselves feeling stuck,
overwhelmed and even disconnected.

At EPC, we believe that lasting change begins with understanding.
Our work brings together psychological insight and Islamic wisdom
to help individuals better understand their thoughts, emotions,
behaviours and their relationship with Allah.
Through coaching, education and reflection, we explore the deeper patterns
that shape our lives and learn how to move forward with greater clarity,
self-awareness and purpose.

We believe that healing is not about becoming someone new.
It is about understanding yourself more deeply,
reconnecting with what matters most and cultivating meaningful change
that aligns with both your well-being and your faith.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, over thinking, people pleasing,
self-worth struggles or a season of uncertainty,
our aim is to provide the space that encourages growth,
self-awareness and lasting, sustainable transformation
rooted in both evidence-based psychology and timeless Islamic principles.

Our work is guided by the principle of tadarruj;
gradual, sustainable growth through small and intentional steps,
tailored just for you to meet your needs to help you accomplish your goals.

Erdemli Psychology and Coaching is committed to making faith-aligned mental well-being accessible. We offer a select number of fully subsidised, low-income scholarship seats funded through corporate partnerships, community grants and private sponsors. Coaching with a Purpose

We believe in creating an impact that reaches far beyond our coaching sessions. That is why 10% of your total investment is donated directly to Human Appeal (Registered Charity No. 1154288). Your purchase directly funds their Gaza Emergency Appeal, delivering 100% of your donation to the ground to provide hot meals, clean water, medical aid and emergency shelters to families and Muslims in urgent need.
